Protickets is a ticket search and aggregation service. We show listings from independent third-party sellers.

When you click a listing, you are redirected to the seller website. Any purchase is made directly with that seller and under that seller's own terms.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.

If you create an account, you are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated extraction without permission.
• Attempt to bypass security controls.
• Upload malicious code.
• Infringe third-party intellectual property or legal rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and content are owned by Protickets or its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to you. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Third-Party Sellers and Liability

Protickets does not issue tickets and is not a party to transactions with third-party sellers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Protickets is not liable for disputes related to ticket validity, pricing changes, cancellations, refunds, or seller conduct.

Your use of the platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
